MIRAGE: Real-Time AI Video & Creative Direction
This was a project at Decart for MirageLSD, a real-time AI video model. I led the creative and technical direction, bridging advanced AI with design and storytelling to shape the user experience.
MirageLSD is a real-time video model that generates one frame at a time, conditioned on recent frames and the user’s prompt. Unlike diffusion models that create full clips with delay, it delivers instant feedback, seamless interactivity, and endless video.
To improve MirageLSD, I created an internal system called VODER, which let me generate thousands of videos, try out different prompts, see what worked best, and use those insights to refine both the model and the way we tell its story in marketing.
It was exciting to work on MirageLSD, a real-time AI video model. I built prompt systems, created videos that connected the technology with marketing, and explored how to tell the model’s story while finding ways to improve it.
